The dirty and polluted fuel tank full of rust and slime is often the cause of the breakdown and defects to the fuel supply systems: -clogg of fuel ducts -jamm of the fuel pump (malfunction of needle valves) -blocked fuel filters -sendiment in the carburettor, water blocks small nozzles and ducts -breakdowns of injectors AS A REMEDY TO ALL OF THESE WE ADVISE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF A FUEL TANK AS FOLLOW: -removal of the remains of petroleum derived residue, grease and remains of previous varnishes In case of big tanks and sediments the whole process is supported mechanically. -removal of rust, etching inside of the fuel tank and coats the surface with zinc phosphate. Zinc phosphate ensures a good connection with the varnish tank sealer. -applying a varnish tank sealer which protects the surface, fills holes up to 2mm and microcracks(bigger leaks have to be welded up). It is resistant to any fuel, solvent, acids and alkali as well as impact, bending and withstands temperatures up to 200' C. Painting inside of tanks does not damage the outer coating. Permanent protection guaranteed for 15 years. Vintage and modern motorcycles and cars. Big tanks for example marine can be treated in situ.
